GROUP TRAINING

When the decision to implement Lean Six Sigma into your organization is made, there exist multiple ways to achieve this. One of them is to host courses in-company, which is both cost-effective and allows for the training to fit your organizational needs more closely..

We start with selecting a trainer who has ample experience in your industry, who will take the time to discuss relevant examples from within the company. Further training simulations will also be designed to mirror scenarios the organization is accustomed to. This is done to make the transition from theory to practise more natural – a proven way to increase the success rate of real projects.

The Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt course enables you to apply Lean Six Sigma basic principles in your organization and actively participate in improvement initiatives.

Lean Thinking

The course teaches how to put Lean principles into practice. After these two days of training, you will be able to recognize the 7 types of waste and follow the Lean roadmap to improve processes.
